I am in law school had been carrying my heavy books and laptop in a canvas backpack. It was heavy, somewhere around 30lbs, but I figure I'm a farm girl, I lug bales of hay so no big deal... and it worked fine...until it didn't. A few weeks ago, I went to sling my backpack over one shoulder but it didnt quite make it up, falling back down and pulling my arm backwards with it, tearing my tricep muscle. Sooo... needing to heal and not wanting to press my luck I decided to find a rolling bag to do the heavy lifting for me. I checked the usual big box retailers for something that would fit the bill but all I seemed to find were airplane carry-ons and were really ugly, manly, cheaply made with rickety handles or plasticky fabric, or were too small to hold my 17" laptop. I came back to Amazon and was pleasantly surprised to find this Vankean rolling laptop bag with this lovely pattern. It is subtly feminine with soft tones suitable for a mature college woman, business professional, or traveler. The capacity of this unit is fantastic. It easily holds my laptop, power cord, three 700-1000+ page textbooks, various folders, pens and other stationary items, cell phone and accessories, wallet, keys, two large water bottles, and my lunch bag! It's perfect for my needs! It could easily convert to a weekend travel bag or diaper bag as well. Not only does it have wheels, it also has two sturdy strap carrying handles if you should need to negotiate stairs or need to save space. The telescoping handle collapses down into its own zippered pouch tidily away. There are three main zippered sections, two of those have lots of pockets and places to stash specific stuff. It even came with a little luggage lock for your laptop section. Time will tell as to its durability with heavy daily use. I will update in a year or so, sooner if durability proves to be an issue. I dont think it will, though, because it seems very well made!

I was searching for an old order for something else when this came up. I have been carrying this bag to work 5 days a week for almost 4 years. Most days it is loaded with a laptop, iPad, lunch bag, umbrella and whatever else I decide to stuff inside. The main compartment holds my large insulated lunch bag with food and drinks. There are plenty of compartments to keep other things organized and a padded space for the laptop. It has also made a handy carry on bag for a couple of flights. It is front-heavy and will tip forward, but that is no different than other 2 wheel bags I have had. The only place I see wear is on the bottom from dragging it across rough ground and parking lots every day. I lift it by the handle regularly and it has held up. I am very happy with the quality. I am impressed that it has held up this well. The color was darker than I thought when I ordered it, but I personally liked it even better. I would buy it again.

Bought this for my picky 90-yr old father who still travels by plane several times per year, but for the last couple of years has consistently borrowed a friend's under-seat carry-on of a size similar to this. It drove me nuts he kept borrowing from a friend, so I asked him what he liked about the one he borrowed--he said lots of inside & outside pockets, as well as the compact size he could easily handle. So I started a search for the perfect one for him. After reading everything I could about the ones I found on Amazon, I narrowed it down to 6, then selected this one because it didn't look 'girly' at all. I tell you, he LOVES it. Says it's good quality construction, looks great, is organized nicely, and has tons of inside & outside pockets for glasses, snacks, phone, book, gloves, etc., and is lighter than the one he borrowed, but still has a larger main compartment. He is SO excited to use it next week for a trip, and keeps thanking me over and over for it. I scored!

This is an updated review. All of the below still applies except one negative. After using this for a few trips the handle will not stay up. The lock won't catch so if you let go of the handle it slides right down. Can be an annoying issue when your shoulders are loaded down. Still worth having to me just be aware the telescoping handle function doesn't seem to last long. Reason for taking off one Star. I wish I'd bought this long ago. It's great. Beautiful and sturdy, high quality and well made. Not only fits laptop and other electronics and cords in one compartment, but the 2nd bigger compartment holds a LOT. Smaller front 3rd compartment perfect for essentials like glasses phone etc. This is great as an airplane carryon but I'll be using it for much more. Absolutely love it.

This rolling briefcase is exactly what I was looking for! It's not a plain black bag, but the design is still professional. I use it for my job, which is remote 1 to 3 days of the work week. It's like a rolling desk with everything I need in it. This bag has so many pockets and compartments. It zips and rolls smoothly, and it is good quality. The handle is quite sturdy, and I have no problem gliding from the parking garage to the office and back home to work. Riding an escalator is fine, but I don't take it over big curbs and up steps. It is easy to lift over such terrain. I want to take good care of it. The zippers are lockable, and a small lock is included with it. One of the awesome features for me, besides it being my office on wheels, is that inside the case on either side of the retractable handle, there is a space for storage which can be zipped up and appears to be the back of the case, but it's really a hidden compartment. There are so many pockets in this bag with no wasted space. There is a pocket on the top front which is used for easy access to my security badge. The front pocket is for my makeup and pens. The laptop compartment is well padded. There are drink/bottle holders on each side of the bag. They will zip closed, so it's also a good place to put a small hairbrush or sunglasses or whatever you might need to get to quickly. This is a great value, and I love this bag.

Everything about this bag is perfect - the roominess of the compartments, the placement and types of dividers used, suitcase-style elastic bands (which hold my water bottles perfectly upright), the quality and stability of the wheels, ease of extension/retraction of the handle, and the double-zippered compartments. Oh and it happens to be gorgous as well. It is very easy to maneuver even when fully loaded. I appreciate the many dividers in the laptop pocket, as I usually bring more than one type of laptop/tablet with me and they each have their own place, It is relatively light, so moving it in and out of the car, even when fully loaded, is not too bad. I highly highly recommend this one if you're looking for a rolling laptop bag.

I have had this bag now for at least a couple months or more in this exact color. It is serving the purpose-taking the load off my shoulders. It does provide at good amount of storage with ample pockets. I can even fit my lunch and water thermos in the very last compartment next to the telescoping handle. I have been able to tote my laptop and iPad securely. One caveat: people have been saying that the handle is not sturdy. I somewhat agree because that handle is a skosh flimsy. But it is no more flimsy than the next tote bag on the market. However if you place too much weight inside the bag and roughly mishandle the telescoping handle, then expect the telescoping handle to fail and break at some point. Therefore I remain careful as to how much overall weight I'm placing in the bag; plus, I do NOT lift the bag from the telescoping handle, (a big no-no for ANY tote); nor do I aggressively pull the tote by the handle! It is only meant to be lifted by the top straps. At the same time, I am not overly gentle with it either. On that note; I somewhat disagree with others who say it's a cheap handle. The handle is what it is. But if you're careful with this bag, it can be a great buy. Therefore, I DO recommend this bag, and yes, I would buy it again because of the many compartments, color and handling ease. Just don't abuse the handle and don't believe every review you are reading about the handle breaking easily. I think you will like the bag.

At 16 inches wide, it is much wider than my other carry on spinners that I have to turn sidewasy to roll down airplane isles. I have a 2 wheeled soft sided backpack that just squeezes down the aisle, and this is much to wide to hope to do that. But it is the size and shape that I have been searching for! and has the organization that I want, so I don’t have to use a million pouches and cubes to try to organize my open top tote that is the perfect size to jam under a seat standing up. I like that the edges are soft enough that you likely could squish it some. But 16” is too wide to go width wise under a seat, but what I ususally do is put a similarly sized perpendicular to my seat to go under the seat in front of me. I had hoped to do that with this one, but the wheels not spinning mean that they would be at the wrong angle for me to be able to slide the bag “sideways.” Also - the handles are just a tad too short to put the whole thing up on my shoulder. I am 5’8” tall. So between the not being a spinner, and the handles being too short, I am afraid I will have to return this. But I love the print because it doesn’t look too boring and business-like. So frmo the makers - just put spinner wheels on it, and make the handle straps several inches longer. THEN - you’ll have a winner.

Il trolley è d'impatto positivo: bello, funzionale, abbastanza capiente. Ma, purtroppo, non soddisfa pienamente le mie esigenze. Non ci sta tutto ciò che desidero: libri, laptop, agenda, portapenne, oggetti... Speravo di riuscire a risolvere con quest'ultima borsa ma purtroppo non ci riesco. Penso che dipenda da me, comunque. Sembra resistente (la uso da un mese).
