Good product quality and value for money

The quality of water output has full of petroleum and kerosine kind of smell and poor taste, they are providing cheap filters, no value for money. I have filled and emptied multiple times still the water quality is very bad.

Amazon once again sold a defective product in the name of discount. Storage tank has a crack, Solenoid Valve not working, overall plastic quality is pathetic, leakage from almost all joints/connectors/elbows. I can't return because I opened the box late. I can't claim warranty because I opened the box and installed myself. So either you pay unnecessary charge of 500 or lose the warranty.

It gives very good water, clean and clear water tastes very good after drinking, it is of very high quality and becomes bacteria free, it is very good

Good Product

This product turned out to be very bad. Inside, the parts were loose and incomplete, and the motor had only a single screw. It felt as if someone had already ordered, used, and returned this damaged item—and that same product was sent to me. Not only was it damaged, but also some parts were missing. On top of that, the return pickup never happened and the issue was never resolved. Since the product was not getting picked up for return, I had no option but to call a technician, get it repaired, install a motor filter, and spend around ₹2000 extra on repairs. Now I feel like I have hit my own foot with an axe by ordering this. I had purchased it for someone else, but ended up facing bad quality and extremely poor service.
