Was purchased to fit over my Greenstalk Planter watering tier and the elastic was too tight. Might fit a 5 gallon bucket...maybe.

This product had no odor before opening the plastic packaging. But whew! As soon as I opened the plastic bag I was overwhelmed by the strong, stinky fragrance--eyes stinging, sinus irritation, lungs started to feel tight. I immediately threw the mesh filters outside. I was so disappointed. My thoughts were: Why are they scenting mesh filters for straining paint? The composition of the mesh must be super toxic and stinky if they felt they needed to add toxic, synthethic fragrance as a cover up?! What to do 🤔I decided to soak the mesh filters in white vinegar water, a 50/50 solution. The filters soaked for a day, fully immersed in the solution. I did not care if the filters held up or not. There is no way I could use them smelly, off-gassing and making me sick. (Also, would the scent from the mesh contaminate my $80 a gallon, No-VOC paint as it strained and make the paint scented?). After the soak, the mesh did not smell. I rinsed the filters thoroughly 2 times, then put them in the sun to dry. I did that to see if the smell would come back as much as to dry them.All was okay, no more scent. Too, the mesh filter worked well to strain particles (a failed no-shed roller actually shed into the paint).

I was having trouble getting small debris out of my pool, so I needed a finer mesh than a typical pool net. This worked great!!!! I just put it around my regular pool net and it was picking up MUCH smaller particles.

I actually used to make compost tea. Worked fine

I used these for my grains when home brewing. I pull them outta bag and soak in container of hot water with a little IO-STAR Sanitizer for about 15 minutes and then rinse in cold water and soak in cold water for another 20-30 minutes. Rinse again prior to use and you are good. Make sure to keep suspended away from the bottom of the pot during heat use !

I first purchased this product back in 2016 and it was a decent, hard wearing product. However, a more recent purchase has been a completely different story as the bag feel apart on first use, with the elastic breaking away from the bag material. Both bags had the same fault. They have clearly sourced a far cheaper and inferior quality product and are selling it as the same bag. I contacted customer service and was told their was nothing they could do as their returns policy had a time expiry. Shame, I won't be buying these any more, or anything from this company.In summary: cheap rubbish, faulty goods, no refund, returns or replacement policy.

Used as a boil bag for hops in the home brewing process.Allowed me to perform my hop additions during the boil stage of the brewing process.Only issue is that there is no draw strong therefore I had to clip the bag together to stop the hops escaping - however not an issue and easily done.Also used on the outside of the racking cane when syphoning to keep out any large sediment lurking in the vessel to great effect.Will continue to use going forward.

These are very good for holding hops when brewing beer (boiling the wort). They are a good size and easy to clean. Hop additions are easy to make throughout the boil. They are sent from USA so take a bit longer than usual to arrive.

Used these to line buckets into which I put perlite to grow my hydroponic tomatoes. Took a long time to arrive from the U.S. but well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I didn't use them for paint; I used them to filter an air vent to keep gnats out; and it's worked great.
