Great Taste, No Waste!
This buttermilk powder is great in that I don’t have to run to the store for a carton of buttermilk when a recipe calls for it. Also I don’t waste liquid buttermilk. It also tastes just as good in powdered form once the water is added!

A high quality product that I have used for a few years. An excellent ingredient for bakers when buttermilk is needed or desired in a recipe. Easy to mix. Excellent results. Much better and more convenient than buying containers of buttermilk.

Good choice to have buttermilk on hand.
Have used this same product, stores long term as it is a dry product. Mix with water as needed. Old container was 16 ounces, New one is 12 ounces but still a bargain.

Great Addition to the Pantry
We love buttermilk biscuits and other goods baked with buttermilk, but we don’t use enough to keep a quart in the refrigerator. This has turned out to be the near-perfect substitute.
