Same enthusiastic review as for the Kyocera FK Series White Ceramic 13cm Slicing Knife :) Not much more to say. Just a dream paring knife. P.S. I also have a black one. I noticed no difference (other than the colour). Same better than razor sharp blade.

Liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist auch nach über einem Jahr fast täglichem Gebrauch super scharf. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Super couteau, vraiment efficace au niveau de la lame, facile d'entretien et petit pour le ranger sans difficulté. Seul petit bémol, vraiment fragile mais comme tous les couteaux en céramique.
