Works for pre sleep calming and consistent sleep
Great flavor and easy on the stomach, I take the recommended dosage at night about 15-20 minutes before bed to help me relax and stay asleep. My sleep quality has become more consistent and restful.

Doctor recommended the tart cherry drink for my eyes but I prefer these, I dissolve two in my mouth at bedtime and my eyes feel better in the morning.

Use with Caution if taking Blood Pressure Medication
Please know that individuals maybe sensitive with an allergic reaction to Tart Cherries aka 'Purius cerasus'. Immediately, my lips swelled, turned deep red with a tingling sensation .The product tasted great. I am so disappointed as I have never had any issues with cherries, plums, or peaches. Be careful if taking blood pressure medication.

A Good Product
Excellent flavor! Used as a part of a combination of things to follow up on an (unusual) gout flare. Did not purchase for pain relief purposes, expect, or notice effect on pain. Already in accordance with gout diet suggestions, this product contained more cherry and celery "purine fighter food" than from just eating those raw with other routinely eaten gout diet foods alone. Didn't care for auto-order feature because preference to try first. Chose longest reorder term available, though; will be good to have on hand. Product played its part in recovery and keeping in mind for maintenance! Repurchase likely. Again, Great Flavor.
