Amazing purchase!
I recently purchased the Lamy Safari Pen Vista with a medium tip, and it has quickly become my favorite writing instrument. The design of the pen is sleek and modern, with a transparent body that allows you to see the ink level and inner workings, which adds a unique and stylish touch. The medium tip is perfect for my writing style, offering a smooth and consistent flow of ink that glides effortlessly across the paper. It provides just the right amount of resistance, making writing feel both comfortable and precise. Whether I’m jotting down notes or writing longer documents, the pen performs flawlessly. One of the standout features is the ergonomic grip. The triangular shape is designed to fit naturally in the hand, reducing fatigue during extended writing sessions. This thoughtful design ensures that my hand remains comfortable, even after hours of use. The build quality is exceptional, as expected from Lamy. The materials used are durable, and the pen feels solid without being too heavy. The clip is strong and reliable, making it easy to carry the pen in a pocket or notebook. Refilling the pen is also a breeze, thanks to Lamy’s easy-to-use cartridge system. I appreciate the convenience of being able to quickly swap out ink cartridges, and the variety of available ink colors allows for some customization to match my personal preferences. Overall, the Lamy Safari Pen Vista with a medium tip is an outstanding writing tool. Its combination of sleek design, comfortable grip, and smooth writing experience makes it a pleasure to use daily. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable pen that stands out from the crowd.

Just an excellent fountain pen
To be short and sweet: this is just an excellent fountain pen, period. If you're just starting out with fountain pens, or if you want to get a travel pen, or a pen for that funky color that you don't use a lot, or to keep at the office. Look no further, this is the one for you. My main fountain pen started smelling mildewy, so I wanted to get a cheap pen to figure out if it was the pen or the ink. I had always been curious about these Lamy pens, and I was shocked to see there was one for just about $20, so I finally got one. Because I filled it with my favorite ink, I've been using it a lot over the past few weeks, and I have grown very fond of it. It has a pretty good size and it feels solid enough as a daily writer. I do prefer a heavier pen, and I would like it better if the barrel were round instead of the triangular profile. I had to adjust my writing angle to make that sit right in my hand. Not a big deal but ultimately I think the pen should not dictate how you hold it. I kind of like the pull-off cap, although I expect that to loosen up over time My expectation was that it would be a total dud, writing wise, not necessarily because I expected it to be a bad pen, but I expected it would just not hold up to a Meisterstuck or a Duofold. Of course the fine pens are built so much better, and they do feel a lot better, but I have to say as a daily writer, you can't go wrong with this one. It's very light, which I prefer a bit of weight, but it writes great! It is a good size, and the medium nib give you a solid flow. I've used it with the cartridge that came with it, and then with Diamana ink and both are just really nice to use. I never expected to like it this much, especially because I've tried a number of Parkers and Shaeffers in the $50-$75 range and was disappointed every time. The plan was to toss it when I figure out the ink situation. I'll still go back to my trusty old fancy pen for my daily writer, but this pen is a keeper!

Great Fountain Pen
Love this pen, it writes smooth, can use cartridges or a converter. I like being able to see the ink color through the barrel. Good weight, not too heavy Highly recommend

Classics are Classics for a reason. Amazing!
Writes beautifully. Ink does not seem to dry up (the longest I have gone in between writing has been about 10 days), so don't worry if it's not your primary/only pen. Everything LAMY is always top notch.

Good value and accommodates refillable converter
Excellent pen if you don't mind a thicker grip than most. I was worried about the clear plastic developing scratches or cracks but it has proven surprisingly durable after over a year of use. Wound up replacing the converter with a refillable one (pictured), still looks and writes great!

No box or warranty card
The pen came wrapped in bubble wrap. Then pen looks fine but would have like it to come in the package and warranty card like the other I have purchased. The pen is good have not written with it yet. Update after writing with this pen I am having some hard starts and ink not flowing very well. I am not sure why because my safari with an ef nib works extremely well and not having any issues with it. I don’t think it’s the brand I think it’s just my pen specifically.

Beautiful, great product.
This is the second Lamy Safari I've owned. I lost the first one. If you want to take a step up from your typical ball-point pen, or even your above average ball-point pen, get a Lamy Safari. Specifically a demonstrator one. You've probably seen several clear plastic Bics in your lifetime, but this makes those look like children's toys. Whether you get a medium or fine nib is just a matter of personal preference. In my opinion, the medium gives you more freedom in thickness of lines. You can press lightly for a thin line, or draw really slowly and press harder for a thicker line. But if you usually like to write really small, you'd probably prefer a fine nib. I like both. It comes with blue ink. I hate blue ink, so I immediately threw that cartridge to the side and slid in a black cartridge, which I already had from my last one. Cartridges are cheap and easy to replace. And if you get the clear model, you can always see exactly how much ink you have in reserve. The pen is really durable. The clip holds firmly, so you can keep it in your pocket without worrying about it falling out. The plastic feels really strong. It could probably take a serious beating. If you've never tried a fountain pen before, go for it. It creates smooth lines without breaks and it seems like it adds character to your handwriting. It also gives you a false sense of superiority over your peers. And we all love to feel better than other people right?

Perfect
I got the Vista pen as a travel pen. I was going on several flights and didn't want to lose one of my vintage pens, but still wanted to draw with a fountain pen. At this price, I figured if I lost it I wouldn't care. Not only does the pen perform very well, but it has become one of my favorites (I lean toward Parkers and Scheaffers). The grip is very comfortable and helps determine the correct position with little effort. No leakage at any stage on the airplanes, even with the converter half-full. Ink flow was great and the pen seemed to run forever on one full converter. I used Birmingham Pens ink with it and the results were great. A great entry-level pen that holds its own with the more expensive models.

Dolmakalem sever iseniz, size Lamy'i tavsiye etmeme gerek yok, zaten merakınızı gidermek için çoktan satın almışsınızdır, yada almayı düşünüyorsunuzdur :)

An excellent demonstrator pen solidly built - design classic yet great for the modern workplace
Note: My second Vista from Amazon arrived with dried blue ink in the nib and in the feed. The standard blue ink cartridge was almost empty for some reason. Although the protective cardboard ring was in place. It did not bother me as all that’s needed is to flush the pen with some clean water a few times. These pens are meant to used anyway and not for display or for a private collection. Just a note if you are reading this review. Not all vistas I’ve gotten from Amazon arrive this way. The writing with the pen was unaffected and faultless. I think there is a reason LAMY continues to move a lot of these well made, clear ABS fountain pens for the last decade. I thought it might be your typical everyday plastic Gel or ballpoint pen assembly. However once you hold it, I noticed that there was some weight to it. (Probably from the cap) it’s not heavy for sure. In hand it is comparable to holding any well made Uniball plastic gel pen. On closer inspection, though is where small differences in build quality become more visible. A LAMY made pen for sure. The plastic housing is noticeably thicker than any of your other run of the mill clear rollerball or uniball/Pilot plastic pens. the plastic is optically clear. The shiny chrome cap insert and clean lines makes the pen visually pleasing in a clinical, technical way. For an engineering lab or a workshop it’s absolutely work appropriate. its probably tough too I’ve had it for 3 days and although made of clear ABS, the pen sits well on my working desk. it’s a fountain pen in a tech work environment - yet it doesn’t draw unnecessary attention among my other plastic uniball gel pen and roller balls. Recently added a Fine nib version. So that I can write on lines 70gsm college legal pad without excessive feathering. Paper is important. On standard non fountain pen paper a medium nib looks like a broad. On fountain pen safe paper like Rhodia, Kokuyo, Midori type paper the medium looks like a medium. It’s still smooth to write though. So on a fine nib on common non fountain pen tested paper the lines look like a medium which is ok sometimes. But just good to note. It’s nicer to write with a medium nib on good paper though.

Excelente producto a excelente precio
