I have no back pain after two weeks of replacing my officer chair with this chair
Love how this chair had corrected my back pain! I highly recommend. A little achward first but very cool in the long run

Cushions are a very stiff - Front wheels fell off within 8 months
The only complaint I have is that the cushions are not as comfortable as I would prefer them to be, which causes some discomfort on my shins/knees. But after adjusting the tilt of the knee cushion and adjusting how my knees are positioned; the discomfort subsides. Overall I prefer this type of chair to the traditional 90 degree angle chairs we've sat in our whole lives. My lower back aches less and I don't bounce my leg which used to be mildly distracting to my coworkers.Assembling it wasn't very difficult. It took me maybe an hour to assemble it AND adjust it to my height and comfort. The video they provide on how to assemble it was VERY helpful, so definitely watch that before you start putting it together.*Update after owning for less than 9 monthsThe front left wheel won't stay in, it's completely stripped and I had to wrap it in tape before to make it stay in. The front right wheel is getting wiggly. The front left wheel just fell out again and I'm back to using a regular chair because I don't want to get hurt falling out of this chair. Overall the quality of the parts used to assemble the chair seem to be of poor quality and it won't last you as long as a regular chair.

Throw away the printed instructions to assemble.
The assembly instructions that came in the box are awful. We had to crank up the computer and get on the chair website for more help. The pictures were not clear and the instructions were useless. When finally put together, the chair is great. You should just direct buyers to go to the video for instructions to assemble.

Don’t lean back too far…
Overall, I like the product. It’s sort of in between a traditional chair and a standing desk. I wouldn’t recommend it for all day as it can make your shins sore but is great for short spurts. However, the back rest is very flimsy and broke simply from me leaning back in the chair (and I am not a large individual). The chair is still usable as not all knelling chairs even come with a backrest but that was one of the reasons I chose this over those other options.

Quite a wobbly chair
2/5 buy a different chairAs mentioned in other reviews, this chair is not great for an all day sitting experience. i'm not sure if it's the angle of the shin rest or how it lines up with the seat but it somehow always seems to hit just under the knee joint and hurts after an hour or 2. Doesn't feel great for your butt either after a while. I bought this for the pneumatic chair lift thinking it would provide more positional options than the usual kneeling chairs. It does this I guess. My biggest complaint is when you put the seat on it's just sitting on top of the piston. Not locked in anywhere so it freely shakes back and forth. DOES NOT FEEL STURDY AT ALL. This also makes the backrest completely useless. If you try to lean back on it you WILL fall over backwards.I see what the manufacturer was trying to do but they did not accomplish it.

Would have been perfect, if not for the flimsy wheels welding
I'd give this chair 5 stars if not for the issues below. The worst is the wheels breaking off issue. The wheels are held into place by a single, poorly-welded nut.Furthermore, the nut is welded into the frame in a way which causes it to be non perpendicular to the floor plane, which results in a strong force rotating the nut in place. The nut's welding seems unable to sustain it and breaks off: in my case after 3 days of use.As seen in the picture I ended up removing the rear wheels. Then duct-taped cloth around the rear wheels attachment spots In order to prevent the frame from scratching the floor.Obviously I have an option to ship it back. That being said I do enjoy using this chair, even with the missing rear wheels hack.Side handles: when pushing against the handles to lift myself off the chair, I heard a disturbing wood cracking sound. After that I decided to remove the handles since I wasn't going to risk them ripping off. I'm not a big person - I weigh about 175 lbs. This is a clear design flaw. The backrest isn't the greatest idea either. Its in the way when sitting - I ended up removing that as well.My overall impression:The base chair without the handles and the backrest could be a pretty good product, assuming the wheels-breaking-off issue was fixed.Overall i consider this chair as having good potential but as a final product it's just not there yet, and I do not recommend it.

Breaks easily, back support is pokey, angle is not steep enough to relieve back
Assembly was a little annoying. Not as easy as the other one I had. Sitting down, the back support was too flimsy and your back goes all the way to the metal in the back, so I had to stuff it with foam. Then the support for the back support broke. I weight 160lbs--not a lot. Also the seat is too shallow at max height and feels wobbly, so I had to increase the height with an improvised cushion. Then the seat to post weld joint eventually fatigued and failed. So it is totally broken now, after only a few months.
