I see the results !!! I have been taking these for about a month and can see positive results. My fine lines are gone and my skin is more even, smooth, and refined. I highly recommend this product if you want to look younger. I am 56 and my doctor and husband both said I look about 40. Good enough for me. I do use serums and have always taken care of my skin so that helps.
