I have been using this product for the last 2 weeks and I am amazed at the results so far. I made the mistake of taking this at night and couldn't sleep all night! I found that it gives me energy, clarity of mind, helps with eczema patches and dry skin, and dry eye. I have increased the dose from one to 2 capsules and I've noticed a big difference in joint pain and increased flexibility. I'm very pleased with this product.

I never know if vitamins are good or bad but i take them anyways

I was told by a nutritionist about the benefits of GLA and bought my first couple of bottles there. This is the exact same product but at a much better price! Bascially GLA is an Omega 6 fatty acid which you get from certain foods. But it's not easy to get what you need from food, which is why I take a supplement. I am taking this to reduce inflamation and for menopausal symtoms and I could see the difference pretty quickly. There are lots of other benefits so read about it and then order it!

GLA is huge for hormones! I’ve been taking this for a few months & it’s helped get me back on track. I’m mid 40’s. Combined with natural progesterone cream…it’s great! Our functional medicine doctor also sell this brand in their office.

I could not take. They upset my stomach really bad.
