I've been using henna for decades and tried different brands. I find some brands light coloured,some darker shades,some coarse powder, some fine.. This jovees henna gives a satisfactory colour,not the darkest in my experience. But I've settled on this brand because it's finely powdered(easier to wash), have a pleasant fragrance (as compared to the strong pure henna), and leaves hair soft and smooth. I usually buy the 150g pack from local store,but I bought this big pack from Amazon as I'm getting discount of INR 100 . I got a recently packed one. There's an extra sealing cap inside the screw cap (which is not there in 150g pack). There's a SUP gloves and shower cap. But as our country is banning such SUP, I wonder if this brand will stop including them in the pack(which I won't mind as I don't use them anyway and I'd prefer more eco-friendly solutions). This brand could also directly put the powder in the container instead of using that zip lock bag. I don't like henna stain on my hands so I buy a perfect fit pair of medical " surgical gloves". I use it to apply henna with my hands(not brush). Then after applying, I wash the gloves,pat it dry , apply talc powder and leave it in dry spot away from sunlight till next use. This way I can reuse the same pair of gloves for even a year! The secret to its long life lies in the fact that you don't hang it to dry itself but pat it dry with a cotton rag and apply powder immediately. I tried other house hold gloves but I find surgical gloves is much better. Hope you find this tip helpful if you're a long term henna user and eco conscious like me .
