I’ve been looking for comfortable pillows for a while now. Tried memory foam different types and now I’ve tried these new feather pillows my sleep is much better and well worth the money. I have spent over £40 on 1 memory foam pillow and the results are not as good. Definitely recommend.

I always rate 'feather and down' (I've never encountered 'pure down') way above 'hollofibre'. These are very reasonably priced and excellent quality. The fabric is very tight weave so you won't get any leakage or quills coming through, the seaming is very well done. Overall super quality at a reasonable price. If you're looking at 'feather and down' do read the small print, the percentage of down versus feather is important, the lower it is the cheaper it is, and the less comfortable. I've seen 'feather and down' 'headlined' and then percentages down to nothing, but the majority in the 10-15% range, at 50% you're quite down rich, so read the print if you're considering something cheaper than these. By the way, they always recommend tumble drying before using to fluff them up. We're washing line folk so have never done that and honestly, I'm not sure I'd know the difference. They're great with just a shake.

The feather and down filling is very generous, the case good quality. Pop each pillow into the tumble dryer for a while before use, this expands the feathers. I usually have two pillows, but just one of these is enough. Just plump it up before sleep and it stays fluffy and soft all night. They’re also great as side or knee supports. There have been no feather spikes poking through the casing at all.

Perhaps it were my misapprehension of what “luxury” meant in the context of the listing. The pillows themselves I find to be fine. However, the issue comes when you read the dreaded “100% microfibre cover” label on the side. I had paid a premium price expecting a natural fabric but perhaps it was my own folly in making that assumption. Slight disappointment in myself for assuming the best in your company and a shared sentiment of disappointment in you for not explicitly stating microfibre would be present in the listing. However, I must admit that they are comfortable - but a refund will be in due time.

I can’t sleep on anything but feather/down pillows but the quality is so hit and miss these days. I chose these pillows as they had the thick, quilted covers that stop quills stabbing you in your sleep! I’m pleased to say despite being shipped vacuum packed they fluffed up wonderfully with some good bashing and shaking, and have the lovely firm but mouldable quality I love in feather pillows. No unpleasant smell to report, I’ll be buying some more to replace other pillows with now :)

It is a good pillow. The instructions to ‘Pop it into your tumble dryer for a few minutes’ is fine if you have one! Nevertheless I am happy with it.

Just go flat. No amount of fluffing keeps these pillows from going as flat as a pancake as soon as you put your head on them. No support whatsoever. Ended up using them as pillow toppers with properly filled pillows underneath. Cost twice as much as I think they’re worth. Couldn’t be bothered to send them back.
