what age can you use this product?

My son was able to support his head just fine at 2 months so we started at 2 1/2. We had to tie the crotch area together to prevent hip dysplasia and also minimized his time.(15 minutes at a time max). At 4 months old he has a blast in this thing(30-45 minutes without a single tear). Every time he see’s me pull it out he starts giggling:)

We have 10 foot ceilings and a 9 foot door frame. Is this jumper longer enough?

Thank you for your interest in our product. The strap can be adjusted. The maximum height is 80.5 inches and the minimum is 69.5 inches. To determine if it would be long enough would depend on the length of the baby's legs. The strap would need to be adjusted to where only the front of the baby's foot would touch the floor.

How much travel does this baby jumper have?

If you mean does it move when the baby jumps, it doesn’t. This is a quality product and sturdy too. Your baby will love it.

If anyone had the problem of molding that was too tall, did you find a different jumper that worked?

I have tall mouldings, and I never did find a different jumper. I had one doorway with more standard trim that was in a halfway decent place, we just went with that.

Does not fit symmetrically

It does not fit symmetrically and baby is lopsided. Even slight imbalance is noticeable, I did not use it at all, cannot risk hip/spine misalignment

Product manufacturers are good. But this product is used. 1 Toy is missing and another is having marks of food on toy. Very dissapointing,!!!
