20 Inch Acacia Magnabar

Wüsthof Magnabars are particularly well made with continuous magnets, decent hardwood and stainless fixings. The magnet strength is just right - strong enough to hold even the heaviest of knives without slipping, yet easy to pull the knife on and off the bar. This 20" bar holds all my most used knives safely for convenient access, plus a steel. Unlike a block, you can see the whole knife, not just the handle. So it is exceptionally useful for grabbing the knife you want and looks good as well. The Acacia Hardwood is nicely grained and well-finished. Wüsthof is prominently embossed on the front; hence they aren't cheap! Thankfully mine was discounted in an Amazon deal.

Although they aren't solid wood, they are solid enough to look good and keep the knives up! Nice gear!

This takes knife racks to the next level. It looks stunning, was easy to fit and is totally solid on our wall. The knives all snap on perfectly. It’s a top quality bit of kit.

Thought WUSTHOF words could be trusted. Magnetic strip does not extend to the sides and magnetic properties not even consistent in the middle. Like 9 fairly weak, spaced, individual magnets. Spines of knives want to jump left or right as offered to the strip. If applied off centre of magnet, tries to rotate blade. Not the quality I was expecting, so returning. Description sounded perfect!

Porta coltelli magnetico meraviglioso, ha una potenza della calamita veramente tenace, regge comodamente anche 15 coltelli professionali, quindi pesanti. La forza magnetica è distribuita su tutta la superficie in egual misura. Viene fornito con tutto l’occorrente per appenderlo, occorre ovviamente trapanare la superficie scelta, comunque facile installazione. Super consigliato!

L'aimant est très puissant et permet de maintenir sans problèmes de gros couteaux. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans d'autres commentaires, l'aimant est "continu" ce qui fait que la puissance permettant de retenir les couteaux est homogène sur toute la barre. Le bois est de qualité et masque complètement l'aimant et le système de fixation. Le système de fixation est astucieux puisqu'il est constitué d'un support métallique à visser qui retient l'ensemble par la force magnétique. A recommander !

È arrivato con un angolo danneggiato. Il colore in generale è spento, diverso dalle foto del venditore e degli altri acquirenti.

Voici un porte couteaux de belle facture. Le bois est magnifique, l'aimant (s) est puissant. Je recommande cet article même s'il est un peu cher
