This stuff is the goat. I put two scoops into my pre-workout with sea salt. Then a full serving into my water bottle with some EAA’s. I always feel great when I leave the gym. Mixes great!

Great quality product for those that like to hit the gym or need a clean energy boost in your active day. This product was recommended to me by my trainer and not it is a part of my nutritional plan when I can’t get access to "clean" carbs before or after the gym. It mixes easy in a sports bottle and has little to no taste. Recommended serving is four scoops, seems like a lot but not bad. I go through a bottle about every two months. I found the best value purchasing in bulk. Great value, great product, if you smash weights and work hard in the gym, this if for you.

I don't use as many scoops as the directions say and it works just fine for a pre and post workout shake. With 8-10 ounces of your liquid of choice per scoop or even 2 scoops its great and you can't even tell you put it in your drink. I mix 1 to 2 scoops (instead of the 4 it says on the directions) in my morning, and post workout shakes for some added complex carbs along with a banana and either Whey Protein or Casein or both and it works great. Optimum Nutrition makes a special "recovery blend" with 3 different kinds of carbs and proteins specifically for your after workout shake that is perfect for restoring your glycogen levels, but if you don't have it? this with a packet or 2 of splenda works fantastic. This is actually an extremely great deal for the price and should last you quite a long time. The 4 scoops seems to be just a little too much per shake. Has helped me put on some much needed weight. You need to judge for yourself the amount to use. 4 scoops was way too much for me and caused unwanted side effects. You have to use the amount that works best for you personally without side effects. Even with two scoops pre-workout it gives you a nice energy boost to fuel your workout.
