Effective
They actually don't smell too much (thank goodness I am not a moth) and I find them rather pleasant. Perhaps I have Covid nose, and can't smell anything any more, but if they get rid of those moths, then yippee. Haven't seen a suspicious clothing hole for ages....

Might work in a drawer...
I have clothes stacked up and I put a pack of 10 between the clothes and doesn't work. Maybe if you put it in a closed drawer they will work. Or open the little packets each comes in it'll work better. I don't know 😐
