Go for them! They are thick and high quality
No complaints..i have had it for about 7-8 months and i thinks they are good also i took a bit of care, like I only kept them it the black pouch that came with it and they have not even gotten dirty. Have not lost the resistance yet! They have a very nice grip because they are made out of fabric and don’t pull on your skin like plastic because they are very thick. Value for money. If you don’t want to buy all three go for the light one if you want to use it for upper body and medium to heavy for lower body. If you are able to do even 5-7 squats go for the heavy one because the medium will not be challenging enough for other exercises.
