It's pretty good. Could be priced lower given the quality. It's sturdy enough. It does induce some stretch on your calf. Good for rehabilitation if you're starting out. Also good for senior citizens.

Very good. Plantar fasciitis was cured within 1 week of using this IN ADDITION TO other equipment and physiotherapy.

The stretch is real. Whether that leads to pain relief or not I can’t say yet. Maybe after using it consistently for a month.

Very useful for stretching my calf muscles for before and after workouts and also for physiotherapy. The anti-Slip grip on the bottom is very effective and does its job well. Cheap and useful.

This is a long term review as this was bought July 2018. There are many different designs of this type of device, they all work the same way in my opinion so I looked for two things. One of these devices that is well made and then next was being cost effective. No point in buying something that will just break after a few uses and no point to buy something strictly for a brand name just to have a brand name. This fulfilled both my needs as we feel this is quality and easy on the wallet. It is made out of a thick durable plastic which has not cracked or shown any sign of failure after putting the entire body weight on this device. This also has two rubber strips on the bottom to help hold this in place as it's being used. I'm size 12 and this easily fit for my own use. Since the end of this is open, there is not a dedicated shoe size that is limited. Any size shoe can be used with this device. We took a short video on how WE use this product. We're not any sort of sports trainer or a podiatrist, this how WE ended up using this. Aside from the two short uses in the video there are a few other ways this can also be used. Be creative and be safe when you work out! We originally bought this to help work out a plantars fasciitis issue and we're quite happy we did. Nothing is over night, that is not how the body works however with routine and dedication we found this worked well. The Dr. talked about shots and ultrasonic therapy however low key is always the first route to go I find. This was used for just a few minutes a day before bed and found this was enough to help relieve that issue. We recommend this 100% to anyone who wants to get that deep stretch, work out some of those achilles or plantars fasciitis issues. Helpful, is how I hope you find my review

After my knee surgery, I was plagued with tightness in my calf muscle. This is the absolute BEST for stretching and releasing that tightness and is more effective than standing on the edge of a step and dropping your heel. I use it several times a day, especially after sitting at my desk for several hours, and the relief is IMMEDIATE! I recommend it highly!

I was considering surguery for my plantar faciitis until I tried this rocker. Using it for 30s multiple times per day, along with a change up in my gym workouts, has stretched everything out and taken my pain away. Now im back to high mileage running without issues. Still get some minimul soreness here and there but this keeps me in the game.
