Wonderful product
Omg! Such a cool product. I have thin eyebrows and tried many eyebrow pencils. They only gave a lighter coverage only for some time. But this eyebrow powder just works wonders for me. Nicely gives natural finish eyebrow look with just one stroke. Amazing product. Go for it girls, if you have thin eyebrows.

Packaging was horrible
The product looks good. But this small box was kept inside another product box and the bigger box was not sealed properly. It had open holes from all the four sides. The holes were big enough for this tiny box to slip off. I was not aware that this product was inside and was about to throw away the big box and to my surprise this small box fell off from one of the big holes. Please take care while keeping two different products in a single package.

The brushes are very loose and cannot be used properly. Please provide good-quality brushes.

Messy
I’ve been using this product from last 6 years but I’ve never received the item in such a bad condition as I’ve received it today. Boss I can’t use it. Take it back. Let’s talk about the refund later. But for now take it back. I don’t know how to place return request as it is not showing here. Who on earth can use this? While opening the package due to spilled eyebrow powder from it my bed-sheet got messy. I’m attaching a photo.

Not received eye pallette
Sorry...the item found at the door step in a basket left by the agent. So couldn't find at that time. So claimed as not received. You may take the cost of the product as I received. Thanks for a nice product.
