Is this good for propogating Succulents

Not good for ANYTHING. I tried succulents, baby trees, flowers...everything. I got STICKS. Yes, I followed instructions to the letter because I am used to ROOT TONE.

Has anyone tried this on roses? did it work?

This is a very weak rooting product that will help speed up the rooting process on cuttings from plants that root readily on their own, but won't do a whole lot for "difficult" species or cultivars. For those, including hardwood rose cuttings taken late in the year, you would probably find a more concentrated product more effective, one with 0.3% or 0.5% IBA, for example. (They make even stronger products, but I would not use for roses except as a last ditch attempt to get a very difficult cultivar to strike roots, since excessive IBA is actually counterproductive and can in fact inhibit root initiation.)

Does this product contain antifungal capability? Using it for Jade plants.

The active ingredient Indole 3-butyic acid stimulates cell growth, tissue differentiation and root growth. It has no anti fungal properties listed in "The Users Guide to Plant Growth Regulators" written by the leading scientist in the field. If you are using on tissue culture, like a little stem, keep your plant medium (soil) on the dry side which avoid rot. Put the cultures in a bright sunny spot and leave them alone, checking only every 5 to 7 days to add water. Benign neglect is the rule of thumb, most people have rotting/fungal problems because they over water the tissue/cuttings.

Hi, can i usr this powder alongside my rooting gel?

I would not purchase this rooting powder again. The bottle was 3/4 empty and didn't work for me. Just stick with your rooting gel.

After dipping the stems and placing them in water, the cuttings have stayed healthier and are starting to show early signs of root development. The powder is very easy to use—just dip the cut end and tap off the excess.
