Worth @ this price ! it is safe to use though the recent modles of gopro are water proof in case any drop of water enter into camera can spoil you hard money this is a good shield... must but product is good only the hinge is over size that fixes on monopod I just use a file and fine sand paper to make it appropriate to mount ( see in pics. )Used 4times it worked very well in deep river. Go Happy at low price item. Useful the screen wipe/clean up itself every time I use that's good part too

Good alternative for expensive media mod but it's not water proof with battery door visible even with case door closed. Doesn't give confidence to use in rain. Investing in media mod could be better for all weather use of mic.

Buy this product only if you’re looking for a blogging setup because after this cover your camera isnt waterproof because ur charging port is left open so water will get inside its better to use this cover for vlogs but if you want to use as action camera you don’t need this just buy a good case or dnt buy any case
