Meliora Cleaning Products Laundry Powder Detergent (128 HE Loads), Lemon-Lavender-Clove

Before I get to the rest of my review, I want to put this here for anyone who might have the same issue. My front loading washer smells. Ive done everything I should and when I switched to Meliora, I have noticed SUCH a reduction in smell. My thought was perhaps, just as the overuse of regular laundry detergent can feed bacteria in clothing, maybe it's the cause in the washer too. This has ingredients that both neutralize and clean and some of them are things you might actually use to clean those gunked up components of a washer.Moving on, I picked Meliora because it was one of the very few truly zero waste detergents. Many are powder and natural, but in bags or pods. Which still contribute to plastic. And I've love my experience so far. It smells great and seems as clean as any other detergent.The lovely smell doesn't seem to stay after being dried so I do wish they had a version of laundry "softener" or dryer sheets, but I've ordered some from another zero waste company to help on that side. It feels really great to be able to make a more environmentally friendly choice and have an awesome product too.*ps in relation to the washer, the smell actually comes from when the water drains into the standpipe in my case. So if you can't figure out why you've cleaned your drum and door gasket and it still smells, this could be a culprit

We have been using Meliora for a month now after discovering it on the EWG website. It works very well at cleaning our clothes. Just the same as Tide without the cancer causing toxic ingredients. The clove scent is faint but pleasant. Just can’t get over that this actually works at cleaning clothes! Why didn’t I make this switch decades ago. Well my future generations will be taught to use this.

We love this line in our home. The laundry detergent especially. A tub will last us (family of 3 with a toddler) almost a month. We all have extremely sensitive skin and we have no issues with Meloria. The lavender clove sent just leaves our stuff smelling clean. Not like we dumped essential oil on everything.Works great even when the little guy decides he wants to rub berries all over himself for fun! 🙊No greenwashing with this line, either. What you see it what you get. Sorta rare nowadays. Really grateful to have this line available to us and won’t use anything else.

This washing powder is the real deal and my wife loves it . We love the smell and the eco container. We will never go back to those washing strips….Melora has found a lifer. Please don’t stop selling this wonderful washing powder.!!!!!

This laundry detergent actually works pretty well..it leaves clothes smelling pretty fresh and i like it because the box doesn't take up so much space on my laundry room shelves

I love the smell but the clothes do not "seem" clean....I have doubled the amount of product but I would not say that the clothes come out smelling clean. They just smell/feel as if they were washed in water.

Claims “128 loads” for a front-loader. I thought, This little thing? No way! I put hash tags around the lid. I quit when I went over 150. It lasted forever.I followed instructions on the 1/2 T. I use white vinegar as recommended. I put lavender oil drops on a wool ball in the dryer. I’m pleased with the results.

cleans clothes okay. i have a front loading HE washer and it dissolved just fine. my problem is that it smells so strong in the tin but smells like nothing on my clothes even leaning a bit musty smelling. pretty disappointing as i wanted to like this so bad.
