Ok to use but takes time
Not sure if this helped me used ala also and few eye drops which helped improve my macular edema Problem is I used all these together so cannot be sure which exactly helped.so continuing with it. ALA is best.(Alpha lipoic acid) Do your own R&D. Helps in many ways

This product is very good for eye health. It contains lutein and zeaxanthin or overall eye health. Taste is also good and value of money. Use regular for better.

I completed the whole bottle and didn't feel that much effect. Carrot juice shows effect in one time. Much more than this.

Improved eye issues on first tab
I have been visiting lots of eye doctors but every one says to change specs but no one suggested or looked the root cause, Luckily one of the doctor suggested another eye supplement with similar ingredients like this. But I choose this because of high lutein mg which main for eye health. Noticeably my eye strain stopped on the first Tab.
