The product is pretty handy if you have uncontrolled diabetes or gestational diabetes and need to monitor your blood glucose levels several times every day.It is also useful if you want to experiment the effect of various foods and how your body responds to them.You can see trends and track progress.However, the only disappointing fact is that there is no mobile app available in India and one can only use the provided reader. Mobile app lets you view information on a larger screen.

Does not work. The return policy is to report defects within 5 days - if it stops working after 5 days like in my case - then you are stuck with a very expensive product that neither amazon or the company will do anything about.DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON.

Good product for continued glucose monitoring however there are couple of problems1) no accuracy for reported sugar - there is almost 20-30% variance between reading from this device vs reading for other devices which uses finger pricking to measure sugar BUT I use it as a reference data and add 30-35% to whatever number it’s showing to be around actual sugar - I need to monitor my sugar continuously every hour to ensure I remain within limit given my condition which is very hard to do using other device which requires pricking of finger to measure blood sugar2 ) Very expensive , life of sensor is just 14 days post which one have to spend 4-5k to get a new sensor - this cost hurts a lot 😡3) it would be great if there could be a way to transfer data from this device to other devices like laptop etc so one can do more deeper analysis of the sugar pattern over a period of timeI wish there something else similar but more accurate available in market

The sensors DO NOT LAST 14 DAYS AS CLAIMED BY THE COMPANY, It lasts max 8 days per sensor on arm, which makes it much more expensive.The readings are good, but cant say the same about analytics, you need a Medical practitioner or an expert dietician to interpret the charts and data.It should be easy for the LAYMAN to understand the readings and charts without causing stress. we should have comparable data to understand the purpose of this device.However there's an APP called "CGMPAL" which compiles the raw data and provides useful information to the user, process is a little cumbersome, since we cant interface with the app directly , will have to download the data from Liberview and then upload the same to "CGMPAL" .

Dear Sir,The product is not upto the mark. The customer care is also pathetic. In the first lot of 4 sensors one sensor stopped working after 4 Days.And in the second lot the sensor did not stick of the skin and went wasted.I have made complaint but no one listen. After all it is India you can do anything with customers.

The sealed box for censor could be opened only when to be applied, at a gap of 14 days working of previous one. So the turn of 4rh censor came after 3×14=42 days or so. But when it was applied it didn't work. The return policy in routine manner ended after a week I.e. on 30.9.21 when the 1st censor only could be opened. I want either replacement or refund. May talk to me if any further details needed to you. Amazon customer care didn't help though kept me in dark since 6th Nov,21. Please let me know your response.....

These devices won't work in Indian context. The only option left now is to make Indian and buy Indian. Americans won't open their processes and technologies to the Indians.

I have used this product multiple times. It allows ease of monitoring blood sugar levels but this time the inaccuracy ranged from 30-60 units when compared with blood sample results. This is life threatening for a diabetic and ay this price the product should be mint.
