I recently ordered this Hing Goli for digestion, and overall it’s a good and effective product, especially if you like traditional Indian pachak items. 👍 What I liked: - Helps in digestion: Works well after heavy meals. It reduces bloating and gas thanks to hing and spices. - Taste: Proper chatpata (tangy + spicy) flavor—very similar to local churan golis but cleaner and more consistent. - Ingredients: Contains hing, amla, black salt, ginger, etc., which are known for digestive benefits. - Packaging: Hygienic and easy to carry jar. 👎 What could be better: Too addictive 😅 – It's super tasty, you might end up eating more than needed. Effect is mild: It helps, but don’t expect instant strong relief like medicines.

These are just way too good! We have Hing goli after food everyday and wanted to buy something which feels authentic and that is when I got to know about Tummy Pops and I should say these are of finest quality. Would 100% recommend to give this a try!
