I really do not know but it is the best. The flavor and colors outranks any other. I love it in chili soup, chicken molay, hominy soup or anything calling for chili powder.

What is natural flavor?

Natural - I don't know but I do know it's the only chili powder I will use - you may have to experiment on how much to use but once you find what suits you - you won't buy anything else.
