I am applying this thailam morning and night. Joint pains if any have gone. I put some oil in a small bowl and the small bowl in a big vessel containing hot water. The oil will be hot and I apply daily from center of the head to feet. My joint pains have gone to much extent.

Will tell about the effectiveness of the product after using multiple times . but using after first time I felt it's smell is terrible. It's smell is so weird & intense like some severe burnt oil and it does not go immediately. How someone will use the weird oil? Should I apply again?

I was looking for kottakal’s dhanvantaram oil since i heard it’s the most authentic ayurvedic brand n liked it too when bought frm store.. but this one from sitaram works just the same.. n helped my father to reduce his knee pain (from climbing stairs everyday) when he started using it regularly like a night routine for pain management.
