We’ve been using Health4All Kids Magnesium 90 Chewable Tablets (orange mildly flavoured, 50mg, sublingual) for our children for a few weeks now, and they love it! I’ve used this product for my autistic son for several reasons - I have done my research in magnesium supporting sleep so I was hoping this was going to reduce his night wakings - I am unsure if this product alone has helped but he his settling quicker during the night. I also used this for my son’s anxiety as he has started teeth grinding - and I have noticed a reduction of him grinding his teeth. As previously mentioned I’m unsure if it’s the product but it is definitely worth the try so I would recommend. He has no complaints of the taste and chews the tablets before brushing his teeth.

I’d never heard of these until my brother mentioned them to me. My son has been super hyper his whole life and to me that was just him, then his little brother started copying his behaviour and it started getting hard. The outbursts and upset / anger my son would display were hard to deal with. School mentioned he may have ADHD and I also read how these could help. I’ve got to say I definitely notice a difference in him since he’s taken them. He’s still hyper in his ways but just so much more chill with things and so much nicer to his brother too. He wasn’t keen on the flavour but he said he prefers to suck them than chew them. Really happy and I’d definitely recommend.

5 Stars – Great for Kids’ Sleep and Relaxation! I bought these children’s magnesium tablets to help my little one with sleep and relaxation, and they have made a real difference! Bedtime has become much easier, and my child seems more settled and well-rested in the mornings. The tablets are easy to chew and have a pleasant taste, so there’s no fuss about taking them. A great supplement for growing kids—highly recommend!

Works well

My son has been taking these for over a year now. (he is 7 years old) Every day before breakfast he takes 2. We are certain he has ADHD, and life has been such a struggle up until we started using Magnesium! Honestly! He's still the same busy hyper boy as always- BUT he can now focus!!!!! You could say his name 30 times and get louder each time before he would respond to you. now that he has these magnesiums every morning he has come on leaps and bounds in life! He struggled every day at school to achieve almost anything. He was loud, disruptive and a bit aggressive. Within about 1-2 weeks of starting them he did a 180 at school! he started joining in in lessons, worked hard on tasks and really started to be able to focus. Dont get me wrong, he didnt start focusing 100% but it was such a massive improvement for him! if he misses a morning of taking them, you can 100% tell within the first hour of his day! We will be getting fed up and will be shouting at him to do the simplest thing like get his socks on, and he will be all over the place. He'll forget what we've asked him to do in about 30 seconds and be distracted by something that made a noise, movement or something that just caught his eye. without magnesium it is a battle. I know it's not for everyone, but for my son with ADHD it is something we cant live without. He calls them his smart pills. He can tell the difference himself(but struggles to realise his behaviour is because he forgot to take them) he some times tells us he feels extra 'fizzy' and on those days he might have 3 rather than 2. I did talk to our GP about this, she said that the only downside to taking slightly too much is that he may have a runny tummy- but this has never happened for him. Do contact your doctor though! this is a life saver for us and my son :) Hope this helps
