My mom gifted this migraine roll on to me (along with the period cramps roll on) around 1-2 years ago and it really worked well for me. But it wasn't available on Amazon USA until now so I had to ask my mom to send the Herb Tantra roll ons from India via family and relatives travelling to the US. I'm honestly relieved that I'm finally able to order them online. The migraine roll on works really well and provides relief, as long as you follow the written instructions and apply it at specific points on the forehead, temples, behind ears, etc. It's my go-to for migraine relief and my relatives in India and Europe use it for migraine relief as well. I'm really hoping that the negative reviews don't discourage the brand from listing their products just because others don't know how to use the product properly.

This is very must product to keep in pouch/purse/bag for the patient of migraine.my migraine pain starts slowly and increases gradually to very bad level.this product works very well when the migrane starts.so,for me I uses it in the early migraine phase to avoid the condition where painkillers are only the solution.the ingredients of this product is only natural herbs.so,it is safe to use.

The Roll on did nothing for my migraine.. generally any balm or roll on gives a cooling or heating effect.. there is zero effect after applying this product.. its total waste of money..
