Recommended to eliminate involuntary muscle twitch
Started with 250mg (one pill) a day, until symptoms returned overnight disturbing my sleep. Upped it to 500mg which did the trick, no muscle tremor or twitch for over 18 months. Usually don't go in for the remedies I find on Youtube but it popped up after searching the symptoms, seemed relatively inexpensive and harmless, and it turns out it worked for me in this case. For me symptoms went away after 3-4 days.

Good and affordable magnesium, but can upset your stomach
I’ve been taking Nature Made Magnesium Oxide for a few weeks. It’s a cheap and easy way to get magnesium, which helps with muscle cramps and tiredness. The tablets are easy to swallow, but this type of magnesium can sometimes cause stomach upset or diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach, be careful or start with a small dose. Overall, it works well and won’t cost much. Just watch how your body reacts.
