3 Pcs No Clean Soldering Pen Rosin Solder Pen for PCB Electronics Welding

I have been using this brand of soldering pen rosin for 3 years. The ratio of price/performance these really earn a 5 star review. I always have one of these pens anywhere soldering may happen. I once tried a cheaper but similar set of 3 pens that were not as good. The tips of the pen get beaten down to mush pretty quickly. It would be nice if they included a few extra tips which I've seen in other products. Even when they get all squished, they still work OK. With these pens, you could press down a few times to get it to dispense a good amount of the liquid. The liquid in these pens seems to be a useful viscosity for the used case of applying by pen.

Great product, exactly as described!

The solvent in these pens works well for cleaning repairs to PCBs. The tip tends to get fluffy quite fast though. That doesn't affect the performance at all - just looks ratty after a while.

These work great for soldering wire to nickel strips when building battery packs, where it can be difficult to get solder to stick. They are very easy and convenient to use, and there is no mess with these. I would purchase these again.

Works well

It's nice to get 3 sticks of flux pens. But the applicator doesn't let out enough flux to be really useful. It's good if you're doing really small soldering on a mother board or something. But for larger solder projects these flux pens are pretty useless. Even using these just on my 1/7 scale rc car it didn't help me solder and I used the old flux I had left over. Overall, for very small wire soldering this could help but for most solder projects I'd get a flux paste, not a pen.

I really like these pens they’re super easy to handle. They dispense less flux than the syringe, but it also means less cleanup. I wouldn’t use this for anything that’s going to require a ton of flux because it probably won’t be as practical but for small components and small wires. It does amazing.

My Kester pen flux ran out (really oozed out all over my soldering box) so I bought this one to see if it would work as the price was right. The flux works great and thus far the pen design has kept the flux where it belongs, in the pen.
