So happy with my draw. I got atca great price! I know I would have paid alot more if I went through the manufacturer of my fridge.

My old crisper drawer was broken. The new one works fine. While I appreciate the detailed fit of the product, the price was absurdly over-priced. $100 for one crisper drawer vs $800 for a new refrigerator-- a difficult calculation, but we went for the new crisper drawer.

Perfect replacements for originals. One arrived cracked. A free replacement was sent out and they wanted the cracked one back.It was free return shipping. But UPS charged a dollar to tape the box shut

The old drawer was cracked. The replacement makes it seem like a brand new fridge.

It’s unconscionable that a replacement drawer for a refrigerator would cost so much.

I paid over $100 for this drawer that arrived broken. I went to send it back at my own cost because this company doesn't pay for returns, and the cheapest shipping I could find was USPO for $75..this seems unethical to me. The product was poorely packaged and obviously was the cause of the damage. I was trying to replace to current drawers that were cracked and damaged. These drawers seem to be very expensive and very poor quality. They sent me the wrong return lable and now the delay is even taking longer. Just a bad experience.
