I love this shower faucet set, but the brass is coming off around the hot water Spicket and the shower head is starting to rust. It was beautiful when it was new we loved it but it’s looking not so good now

So far so good. I wish we would have mounted the handles lower. They’re about waist height on me I’m around 5’2”. Much lower and it probably would have looked weird. True rainfall shower head. We did not extend it as far as it can go because the whole thing is pretty long as is. The only issue I see if that the water is kind of cool by the time it gets to my head because it starts falling like 2-3’ above me. So I use more hot water than intended. We are going to get a piece to extend the shower head down. It won’t look the way it does not but id rather the hot water get to me faster.

I love the look of the Gotonovo Luxury Exposed Shower Faucet Set — it has a beautiful, classic design that really stands out in my bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower head started to show signs of rust after a short time, which was disappointing for such a stylish piece. It works well and looks great overall, but I wish the materials were a bit more durable to match the luxury look.

This is terrific in our bathroom. One of the faucets broke after only a couple of months. We sent the company an email and heard back immediately! They replaced the faulty faucet for free and charged us $10 for shipping (from Asia!). It arrived and the customer service people were right there with emails asking if we needed any instructions or help. We were very impressed with this company and highly recommend!

easy to install like the way it looks and performs

This fit perfect in my newly renovated shower. The install was easy and it’s like a cascade rainfall in the shower. Highly recommend.

Beautiful piece, but rusts within a month, so useless. Terrible seller, they take no responsibility.

Extremely slow delivery. This item took 32 days to reach me. There were no instructions with the item. I have figured out how to assemble the shower but am struggling with the pipe fittings. The website says the pipe threads are “NPT”, meaning national pipe thread. However when trying to connect the supplied pipe fittings to my own NPT pipes their fittings will not screw on. This has created a lot of frustration and will now add additional cost to what should be a very simple install. Purchasers should be ware of this shower kit. In the surface it looks great but the install is a nightmare
