Yummy stuff
This stuff transforms my plain rice dish. I sauté a teaspoon of it in some oil then add it to my rice cooker before steaming my rice. It adds so much flavor.

Very flavorful spice mix
I used this for a recipe making Kholrabi the day I received it. It was the first time I had fixed this vegetable and I was very pleased with the way it tasted. I am very fond of Indian cuisine so I hope to use it fairly often.
