You will not find a more secure holster for your multi-tool
Buy this and throw away the one that comes with the tool. The manufacturing on this holster is top rate, the fit is excellent, and it holds the tool very securely without sacrificing ease of use. The belt clip is strong enough to hold itself to a MOLLE loop without any worries of the tool or the holster coming loose. I have been using this product every day for 2 months, and I will likely not have the need for a second one, as I do not fear loosing my tool. Most importantly, the costumer service I received from RAE GEAR was refreshing to say the least. USPS made a mistake, and RAE GEAR answered my call with a live person on the second ring and corrected the issue in less than a day. I was impressed. Every product can be improved, and I have two small suggestions for the seller: 1st, the break in period for the tool to wear itself through the powder coat for smooth draw and holstering was a little rough. Slightly widening the side plates (10-20 thousandths) and inserting a smoother/softer wear plate opposite the retaining spring would be great. 2nd, for this model in particular, one of the biggest advantages is being able to use full size bits in the driver. Adding storage for a few more bits (2-3) would make this holder stand out. Great job, and thank you!

AMAZED at the fit and quality
I love my centerdrive and have worn out the sheath as I use it 10-50 times a day it. The velcro died and it's just a little on the 'too bulky' side. I decided to see if I could live without the bits and give this a try. This thing fits like a glove, perfect amount of spring tension retaining it. Took 2 days to be able to put it back in with one smooth motion every time and now I LOVE this sheath. I would happily pay more if it could carry just one bit under the unit on the bottom side or one of the sides. I only ever need the philips and slotted so I carry the phillips in my pocket now. I've lost two :-/ but since they are dirt cheap I just bought a pack of 20 so I still prefer this sheath. Well made. High quality. Clip is STRONG and still easy to release since they added a 'loop' you can reach with your finger to pull it open and slide off the belt.

Minimalist
After over a year of hard use at work I can say this was the best thing I could have added to my belt! It's super durable and has held up rain or shine, snow and heat. I work outdoors as a propane tech and really put my tools (and accessories) thru the ringer. It's very minimal, not adding any bulk whatsoever. It's also nice cause you could clip it to the inside of your pocket at well. Perfect tolerances to make it secure yet easy to remove. And I absolutely LOVE the satisfying CLICK when I re-holster it! I would buy again but I don't have to since this one is still holding up just fine. Highly recommend!!๐ Oh and as mentioned, it's cool that you pull straight out to bring out the pliers instantly OR cock it slightly to the side and it comes out closed.

It holes the Gerber Center Drive Tool Well
What i love about this is that when you go and pull your tool out of the holder, the holder is designed so that it releases the pliers as you pull the tool out. Thats pretty handy for a one hand operation. It's a very simplistic holder, I wish it could accommodate the bit set that comes with the center drive. My only gripe is that the clip that attaches to the belt is very difficult to slide onto your belt. I have to use two hands to open it up and then slide it onto my belt. The belt holder just has way too much tension it seems like. I am sure I can fix it by bending it back but I haven't bothered. 4/5 stars due to the belt attachment issue I mentioned. Other than that, I still recommend this.

Sleek and well made!
This sheath is great. Its a little on the heavy side but much slimmer than the old one and definitely way more rugged. It takes a minute to get used to pulling out your tool and replacing it but once you've got it down its super smooth. Only real improvement would be a way to carry the bits but as it stands it's not so bad to have them in a uniform pocket. Definitely worth the money.

C-drive holder
This is my second buy , my first was for a (OHT), this is the best holder for these multi-tools , if you need the pliers first this holder helps to pull it out an make ready when deployed. This holder is all metal , the belt clip is plastic but vary durable ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ

Rock solid design... you need this.
Getting this sheath was just as much of an improvement as getting the tool itself... the Ferber center drive is a great multi tool, but that does not matter if wearing it is a pain... this sheath fixes that problem... makes a great tool better. Worth every penny.

It's decent but could use a version 2.0 revision to sort out the kinks.
It's decent but it could be much better. There really needs to be a revision of this to sort out the imperfections. First thing is the clip, it's not designed right, it's too hard to slide onto to a belt but too easy for it to slip off when for instance sitting down in a car seat or couch. The spacing inside the sheath really needs work in certain places and if you're like me the first thing you'll do is take some pliers to it to make the corrections with a few slight bends here and there. Also, the one thing that would really make a huge difference is if it could hold a couple extra bits, as that's what makes the tool unique.
