I feel duped because I used to love this protein powder for not only the high amount of plant based protein but all the other nutrients it provided. I ordered the same 5lb bag of the original unflavored that I had ordered twice previously and the one I received this time had been rebranded and reformulated. It is not consistent with the current advertised pictures from this seller as of 6/24/26. I still had my old bag so when I went to compare the nutrients I saw that they had changed. Iron went from 7mg to 5mg, calcium went from 118mg to 16mg, and potassium went from 693mg to 112mg. Sugar, total fat, and saturated fat all went up by 1 gram. The price also went up by $15 so overall I’m feeling the shrinkflation as I’m paying more for lower quality nutrients.

I love this! This is probably 6th time I've bought the Original Flavor 5lb bag here from amazon. It's always been consistent. It digests great. I was taking Sun Warrior Blend Vanilla for years until my stomach was cramping from it I believe from all the GUMS in it. Original flavor is BEST because its the most pure! There's usually a trade off with texture when there are NO GUMS and I'm willing to take it. I always make it in my Vitamix with just water, few frozen fruits, dash of cinnamon, cardamom and fresh ginger for my post workout shake. For my preworkout shake I do protein powder, activated barley powder and some kind of electrolyte powder. It works and tastes really good with LIQUID I.V. HYDRATION MULTIPLIER Lemon lime flavor. It is indeed a little chalky if you only use water but the other reviewers are right, if you add frozen fruits it does help that. You can also use coconut milk or whatever you like. I'm just on a GUM free kick so I usually just use water. I've tried the other flavors and I like this one best because of the simple ingredient list. I have also tried their product Simple Protein Pumpkin Seed Powder. I like the flavor! I think I stopped buying it because it seemed overkill to put it in my smoothies and it was getting expensive. I forgot to add this is not cheap. I'm all about ingredients so until I find a comparable protein powder, I'm sticking to this one.

I have drank many different protein, powders, and I found that this one has only what you need in it for a protein source, which I love. I make a morning protein shake with the original unflavored powder adding fruits, veggies, and water. It’s very satisfying!

It doesn’t taste good but, if you’re looking for a healthy way to increase your protein - and build lean muscle - this will do the trick. I like that it’s low in cholesterol and additives, unlike most other proteins. Plus, at 26g/serving, you really can’t get much better.

The best protien I have ever had, no fillers or additives. A complete amino profile and plant based. I add the flavorless to my veggie shakes daily and I don't feel the same when I don't have it!
