21 Pack 5 OZ Hot Sauce Bottles for Kitchen, Woozy Glass Bottle With Black Screw Caps, Dripper Insert, Shrink Capsule, Funnel, Marker and Labels

I received this item and found it was as described. I found no issues initially, I do believe one jar has a tiny tiny crack/chip but it's full of product and didn't break, so no issues yet.Everything was perfectly as expected. Caps work well, so do the labels, marker and shrink wrap. The only thing is if the funnel could be a bit larger. Doesn't hold much and is difficult to pour into. Not a big deal, just a nice to have.

Product arrived quickly and packaged well. After a quick sanitize in the dishwasher, I easily bottled my hot sauce and sealed the bottles in record time. Very easy with the little funnel! Quick note: if you are bottling a sauce that is a little thicker or maybe has a few small chunks, the funnel may get stopped up. Never fear, just jiggle it a bit or raise it slightly out of the bottleneck and squeeze with your fingers to get the flow moving again. The heat seals are a nice addition and make for a professional-looking product. Hoping that the plastic dripper stays on with repeated use. Will update this review after I have tested more.

This item is very good in the quality and especially the packaging. I always worry about shipping glass bottles but these came in, in great shape and included everything you would need to make great looking bottles of hot sauce. Pour caps, cap sealers, labels and even a white marker to print the labels. Very impressed with this order and will definitely order again.

The glass was all very well packaged but everything else was just lazily thrown into the box. I didn't expect much from the cheapest option on amazon at the time so this was kind of expected. The problem came when I actually filled all the bottles with some of my best homemade sauce and the lids didn't fit the bottles properly. The threads were completely wrong. I was able to make them sort of work by tossing them in boiling water for 10 seconds then forcing them on but several bottles developed leaks. I had to give them all away since they can't ship like that. I'm not happy about it.

I am editing this review to four stars because of the positive and proactive customer service. After posting the review, the seller contacted me and offered to give a full refund. They said that they also contacted their supplier and asked for better quality control for their product. Upgraded to four stars due to customer service.Background info was that I ordered this as an alternative to the 5 oz bottles that I normally get. When I opened the box, all the contents were loose. What was worse was, when filling the sterilized bottles, none of the caps fit. The cap threading is very different than the bottle threads.The entire case of bottles are useless to me. I grabbed 5oz bottles from a different manufacturer and found that the caps worked on those bottles. So, the problem is not the caps, it's the bottle.Unfortunately, I am outside of the return window for this item and have to consider it a loss.I will not buy this brand again.

Update: seller quickly contacted me and we worked out a refund. That is why I changed my review from three to five stars. Their customer service is excellent!…..First review:These bottles are a very nice quality. However we are missing a few clear caps and quite a few of the black caps didn’t screw on properly. So now we have bottles that we can’t use because we don’t have caps for them.

These jars were perfect for my hot sauce . What I did not care for was the chalk marker that is included . Marker rubs off the labels .

My son and I spent a day cooking hot sauce from some of our peppers in the garden, and these bottles were perfect. I love the matte black labels and shrink wrap covers. The bottles themselves are quite sturdy (dropped one on the floor in horror - nothing broke).The funnel that came with it isn't great, as our sauce was a little thick and the funnel struggled with it, but it got the job done. The white marker is sort of cheap too. But I didn't buy these for a funnel and marker, so it didn't impact my rating.Overall its exactly what I was hoping for.
