Good for your teeth!
Xylitol helps strengthen your teeth. I first heard of Spry products at my dentist's office. I prefer the mints over the gum (although I enjoy the taste of both) better, because the flavor of the gum does not last. My teeth feel cleaner after eating (when brushing is not convenient) when I enjoy a mint after meals.

Diabetics dream come true
I love these mints! If you like cinnamon then you will appreciate these mints. They taste delicious. I use them because I’m a severe diabetic and the xylitol doesn’t raise my blood sugar. They are extremely satisfying. A little spendy but worth it!!

Best Xylitol Cinnamon Flavor I've Found
I buy Xylitol mints mainly for their help with dry mouth. However, most are rather bland to me. These cinnamon mints actually have a bit of a bite, and much better than the regular Spry cinnamon mints. Not up to Altoids standard of flavor, but good enough for me. Expiration date is Jan 2023, so I guess I'll stock up in case they go out of stock. :-)

If you like cinnamon, you love these
I like these a lot and it’s nice to know that they’re sugar-free. But Don’t eat too many at a time because they will burn your tongue. Speaking from experience.

Cinnamony Breath!
Purchased to replace previous breath mint that was loaded with sugar. I was skeptical, and I needn't have been. This is a great breath mint! Tastes good, not bitter. Nice texture. 10/10!
