This stuff is great, I love the taste and quality of this stuff. Works great for a glaze, for after or during cooking. It is fantastic on rice. Decent price, everything is too expensive these days though.

This Mirin is it! I used it to make my Ramen eggs and I also use it for my sauces. I love condiments and sauces and making them from scratch and I love how this doesn’t taste overpowering or like alcohol. It’s actually sweet and I can see myself eating it in a salad. I’ve bought other ones that I could barely even smell it or taste it because it tastes like alcohol. Very durable glass container, and great quality. Also great value for the money. I recommend this one over any other.

When used in a recipe, making eel sauce, or in multi-item sautee, this flavor is fairly standard mirin and the corn syrup is innocuous; however, if using as a light accompaniment to sprinkle on foods or simple combinations, the corn syrup flavor can become noticeable. We bought this specifically for multi-item flavorings, so it fit the need; however if you are buying specifically where the mirin flavor is the star, you might opt for an alternative.

I love this product, it enhances the flavor of stews and soups. It's good in fried rice 🍚 and regular rice! I will definitely get it again. I've used it sparingly for you don't need much for flavor.
