Easy. Effective. Beautiful.
This product worked GREAT! It is effective for privacy and looks fantastic. It was super easy to use. I purchased the clear window cling. I measured and the squares made it super easy to cut a straight line. It also made it super easy to line up the pieces. In my opinion, spraying a lot of water on the window made it easiest to use. I got the bubbles out with a credit card and trimmed the excess with a box cutter. I ordered more for my other windows. It was such an easy installation. The light looks so cool coming through the window. I am so impressed and happy with this product. I added a photo. I didn’t realize there was paint behind it lol I’ll be fixing that

Its giving window film dopamine!
This window film is amazing and magical looking! I love the rainbow snake skin design while it also simulates a fresh rain water appearance and you can't see from the outside. The light shines in still but its window film, so it's going to darken the natural light a-bit. It's thick and very adhesive and was very easy to apply to the window! Follow the instructions and do your measurements and it'll be perfect. I'm so happy I bought this.

4 for coolness, 2.5-3 for privacy
First pic from inside, second pic from outside. I love this window film because I think it looks beautiful, sort of like a watercolor painting what I don’t like about it though is that it isn’t very private. Can for the most part see through into the house, which I don’t feel too comfortable about but oh well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!
I absolutely LOVE this product! Easy to install & stays in place. Not only does it give me much needed privacy on my sidelight; it casts beautiful rainbows on my floor! Great solution at a great price!

Best looking for garage windows
We held off getting the “frost” (white) window film for almost two years, as it just wasn’t the look we were going for. None of the designed patterns would cut it for a garage door with windows as big as ours without taking from the look of the door itself. We’re glad we waited. This has the appearance of ice crystals in the light. It’s really very pretty. Best viewed from inside during day (hardly noticeable outside) really pretty from outside with backlight at night, but private. If you have a garage door like ours: the length is perfect for two windows per roll. About 5 inches to spare. The height however is just under an inch short. We’re fine with this as it allows a sliver of room along the bottom (we made 1/4 inch) to see out if needed, and the top doesn’t matter too much (though would have been nice to fit, it’s too thin to attempt filling the gap) Application was easy with tools on hand. Razor, metal drywall patching tool, squirt bottle of dawn soap dilution in water. If you really soak both surfaces it gives you play to slide it around without stretching it, you squeeze out the extra. We found it best to fit to window and mark with painters tape marker bits top and bottom, take it down cut to fit, then remove the back film and spray the (clean) window and back of film. Then place on glass and position. Then get your tool to remove (gently force out) the excess soapy water and bubbles. Start the tool in the middle and move outward (repeat other side), then go down half width of tool and repeat. Then go back top and slide clear across. Wipe the edges with a paper towel or clean cloth to remove extra soapy water that was squeezed out. The first piece went on well. The next two the edges stuck up. This is much thicker than Gila brand film, as it’s removable and reusable.. I actually like this better due to that. I plan to squirt soapy water into the edges again now it’s set to dry for a day or so and see if I can’t get them to sit down properly. All in all I highly recommend. Images attached to show rainbow ice effect (appearance) which makes it look realistic. And a picture with one window incomplete to show privacy. We miss the view, but not when it’s reversed at night for all on street to see in when the light it on.

Pretty but not so much on the privacy screening
Easy to install, pretty design, good thickness, good texture, but way too much clarity for a window privacy film. Definitely needs to be redesigned for better effectiveness for its purpose.

would be ok for a bathroom window. otherwise great for any room in the house!
Are you a generally private person who has a healthy dose of paranoia from listening to true crime podcasts while also harboring a love for natural sunlight? Yeah, me too. Enter in, privacy window film. I have purchased the following types of privacy film: 1) Frosted Stripe (frost w/ small horizontal stripes) 2) Mosaic (small squares 0.5cm x 0.5cm) 3) Kaleidoscope (if mosaic had a whimsical cousin) #1 offers the most privacy but (due to it's opacity) gives off a weird soft white glow when the sun shines through. It's my favorite in terms of privacy but least favorite in terms of letting the natural light shine in. #2 offers less privacy than #1 but more than #3. When the natural light shines through, it makes small rainbows! The squares give it a structured feel while still remaining whimsical due to the rainbow effect. This one is my favorite. #3 offers the least amount of privacy. It makes the prettiest rainbows when the sun shines through the window! This is the most whimsical option. All of the privacy films are good. They are easy to install and allow me to provide my pets and myself sunlight without worrying if someone can peek inside. If you're looking from the outside-in while it's daylight and the lights are off, it's very difficult to make-out any details inside of the house. Please note that, especially at night when the blinds are open and the lights inside are on, even with the opaque Frosted Horizontal Stripe film you can still see figures moving around while looking from the outside-in. That being said #1 I usually close the blinds as soon as I get home from work and #2 some privacy is better than no privacy. All things considered I would recommend and repurchase this item. Pro tip: The squares make it pretty easy to cut this particular film to size but if for some reason you're still having difficulty, most mid-priced wrapping papers have a square grid 1 inch by 1 inch wide on the backside of it. Measure your desired window, cut the wrapping paper to size (or add another 0.5 - 1.0 inch more to account for mistakes), and use the cut wrapping paper as a guide to cut the window film. All you need is soapy water in a spray bottle, a utility knife, a credit card/squeegee, and preferably a metal ruler to help guide you on trimming up the straight edge. There's no adhesive. If you need to remove it, all you have to do is peel it off the window.

Pretty film!
I really enjoy this product! It looks really good on my window. It also gives me quite a bit of privacy, but I would say it is not super effective at it. You can still sorta make out what is going on, so it is not totally private. The texture is squares, and I think it looks really cool. It is thick enough so that you will not rip it easily but it cuts nicely. I was able to easily stick it to my windows. There have been some bubbles appearing since I put it up, but due to the texture, it does not bother me at all because you can barely tell. Overall, I think it does a good job and makes really pretty rainbows when the sun comes through! I would recommend if this is something you are looking for and don't need complete privacy.

Wonderful product
This was easy to install and looks gorgeous!!! The next day it was perfectly sealed and flat, no bubbles and looks like it was there to start with. Gives great privacy.

Consigliate davvero

Highly recommend
I bought this product to block the direct view of my neighbour into my kitchen and I am very satisfied with the result. It is important to peel the plastic film first (it is in the side of the plastic which feels smoother). Then its important to use a sponge (one of those softer ones) and wet the window and wash it with some detergent. Let it completely soaked and do not rinse the detergent. Then soak in water the plastic previously measured and apply it to the glass. Then use the wet sponge to soak the area even more and get rid of air bubbles. I also used a dry towel to help press the plastic into the glass and get rid of bubbles. It is very important to soak the glass area with water and detergent first and then soak the plastic too before apply. Once applied and edges stuck to the glass and air bubbles under control, let it air dry. It will dry clean and will remain stuck in the glass!
