Have been using these pans for months . Absolutely amazing. True non stick, cooks beautifully. Do not hesitate and buy these pans!

When I received the pan, it looked great. Definitely looked like a high end pan and I was very excited. I brought the pan because of its low price, at the time I did not have the money to buy a high end pan, so I was surprised at the quality. That did not last too long, when the non stick coating started to come off. I contacted the company and let them know what happened. The company responded immediately and apologized. Within 3 days, I received a new pan. They explained that they don’t know how that pan made it past their quality inspection team, but non the less, that was not my fault and they wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. The company has since followed up with me to make sure I received the pan and that I am satisfied with it and if not, to please let them know and they will make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Even though I brought these pans because they were low priced, I will buy these pans again and recommend them to anyone needing a pan , because of the exceptional customer service. No matter how great a product is, there is always the possibility that one passes the quality inspection, when it should not have, but when you have customer service that is as wonderful as this company has been, that to me is the sign of a great company. I would rate the company a 10 out of 5.

I absolutely love these pans! They are solid and well built - much better quality than one would expect for the price. They cook nicely with quick heating and even distribution. I would go so far as to say this set outperforms more expensive non-stick pans I have tried. I have been using these pans for a couple of weeks now without any oil or cooking spray (I do believe neither are necessary, but I would think cooking spray may actually damage the pan). Cleanup is a breeze with this set. Just a soft brush or cloth or silicone pad will easily do the trick. No scrubbing or scouring anymore! Hallelujah! The other thing I love about these pans is that they are nickel and PFOA-free! Who wants toxins leaching into their food? Certainly not me. You really can't go wrong with these pans. Homichef got non-stick cookware right!

Love these stainless steel pans! The only drawback is having to screw the handles yourself, hence the 4 star rating. For stainless steel the price is reasonable compared to others.
