I make a one dish spaghetti, using this, and it takes the flavor well, it's satisfying, and really feels like I'm having spaghetti. Other products I've tried have a weird texture, but this one is acceptable. It is a little firm, but the angelhair version works great. It just needs to be rinsed in cool water very well, and added to your dish. I also found that I can place it in my little Ninja, pulse it and it's now riced!

Chiedo perdono alla cucina italiana.
Scusa Italia perché ho peccato... Mai del buon pesto fatto in casa e del pecorino dop sono stati peggio sprecati. Ho provato in tutti i modi ad insaporire il piatto ma nulla, ho dovuto dichiarare il decesso delle mie papille gustative. Ho provato a far annusare questa roba al mio cane e dopo una smorfia ed avermi guardato male si è allontanato (e lui si mangia i tappeti... ). Come da istruzioni ho sciacquato a lungo il prodotto prima in una bacinella e poi sotto acqua corrente, appena messi nella pentola l'acqua è diventata gialla! Consigliano di cucinarla 5 minuti se la si vuole più morbida, menzogne, era comunque dura dopo 8 minuti. 5 euro per sacchetto di un prodotto di questa qualità? Piuttosto mi ci soffiavo il naso. Vogliatevi bene, non compratelo.

Gute Alternative
Ich lege sie vorher mindestens 30min in Schlagsahne ein, das macht sie geschmeidig. Schönes Sößchen dazu, TOP! Es schmeckt dann wirklich gut und passt zu meiner ketogenen Ernährung. Es ist etwas bissfester als pasta aber das stört mich ueberhaupt nicht. Wer einen NudelERSATZ bestellt und dann erwartet das es genau wie richtige Pasta schmeckt, hat meiner Meinung nicht richtig nachgedacht. Wenn es keine „echten“ Spaghetti sind, ist es klar, dass es dann auch nicht so schmecken kann!
