Stone missing!
These hair grips are very pretty but I have a stone missing from one of the grips. It’s too much trouble and inconvenience to return them. I wish there was some sort of quality control who would check items before they get dispatched to check that items are sent out in perfect condition. The stone is not in the package so it must have fallen out after manufacture. I get sick and fed up of receiving things that are imperfect, is it too much to ask for products to get checked for faults before they get sent out?

Il design è molto delicato ed elegante: perfetto per matrimoni o eventi partciolari (es. feste, servizi fotografici o semplicemente per dare un tocco in più ad una semplice acconciatura). I materiali di cui sono costituite sono di ottima qualità. Sono molto facili da applicare e non danneggiano i capelli. Sono davvero di ottima fattura. Mi hanno stupito positivamente (ampiamente sopra le aspettative!! Sono più belle nella realtà che in foto!). RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO: Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
