As far as I know it is a cordless mixer rechargeable with a USB cord.

Doe's it come with the Wisk attachment as well as the blending shaft. What does it come with?

It comes with a wisk and blender wand attachment as well as a plastic canister with a spout for pouring whatever you mix

It can work on EU electric? (about charging)

It charges via a 5 v usb charger. You would need a EU adapter for the 5 volt charge. It would seem simple.
