Neon and pigmented
These are pigmented and they are great! They are neon and my kid loves them!

Nice Coloured Pencils
They are not the best ones out there, but quite nice for this price.

Exactly what it says on the (literal) tin.
I decided to colour with these for a little bit before I reviewed, hence why a few of the pencil crayons look dull. I’m very happy with them and pleased with the price I paid for a tin of pencil crayons that look and feel more expensive than what I paid for them. They are very pigmented also. I have yet to figure out how to sharpen them, but I am going to be careful as another reviewer mentioned that the plastic casing seems to break/jam up the pencil sharpener. Overall though, they’re great for my purposes. I like that they came in their own tin.
