Perfect for rejoining any bird. Not for heavy beef bones
Very cool chopper. Blade is SHARP, thick enough to get the job done. I'd not use it on primary beef bones, but is excellent for shopping/dejointing chicken, duck, turkey, and other fowl. Weight is perfect, giving chopping heft without being heavy to use. Easily controllable with sturdy and well formed handle. Washes with soap and water...dry immediately. Do not put in dishwasher!

This is Mom's favorite
100% would buy again. I got this for my mom for mother's Day and she LOVES it!! She has trouble with cutting or mincing large pounds of beef, bone, chicken, etc, with a normal kitchen knife. The value for money is actually pretty good. This product specifically is pretty sturdy and the sharpness is better than I ever thought. She looked so surprised and is happy with this thing, lol.

That's a knife!
I bought this as a gift for my Husband and he loved it! I thought it was pretty awesome too. He hasn't used it to cut or chop anything yet though lol so I can't honestly review that part. Definitely a beautiful butcher knife even if just for display ☺️

Sharp out of the box!
My father in law is an Italian American who loves to cook and grill. Needless to say, he enjoys kitchen tools with some flair and panache. This massive cleaver fits the bill, he was impressed with its looks and said it was very sharp, which I was concerned about having read a bunch of reviews stating otherwise.

I loved the look of this blade the moment I saw it. It's even better in person, with its leather sheathe it comes with. The design is so cool looking, and it comes pre-sharpened. It cuts like a dream, and my wife just loves using it.
