The parts are little toys, the rubber gasket isn't thick enough and the juice runs out of the back of the juicer, the screen gets pushed up to the left side and doesn't juice the grass. It's a piece of junk.

I've been doing $4 wheatgrass shots daily at Whole Foods. It is such an incredible health and energy habit to get into. I decided to invest in a wheatgrass juicer so I could do it at home. I ordered this wonderful gadget. I was skeptical when I bought it--could it be even slightly close to as good as the made-for-wheatgrass electric juicer I bought 12 years ago and missplaced somewhere along the line? How could it be? I recently bought a pricey general juicer that advertised it could be used for wheatgrass but it couldn't do it. So, I got this manual one. I am amazed at how well it works. It's at least as good as the electric one I lost. Really. Attach it to a table or a counter, put the wheatgrass in, turn the handle and out comes juice. It's easy to clean, once you figure it out. The Glob of juiced grass pulp that gets stuck in the chute comes right out when you go after it with a skewer. Pushes right out. No sweat. Cleaning the very expensive electric juicer wasn't a walk in the park, either, as I remember. This manual juicer is heavy-duty and very well made. I'm impressed. I have just returned from the Natural Grocers, where I ordered two flats of wheatgrass. That's how confident I am in my nice machine. The company is very pleasant to work with.I don't get anything for the reviews I write. This is honest and truthful.

Works well and is solid material

The media could not be loaded.  The product came fully assembled in a damaged box which leads me to believe it was a returned item. There were no instructions or limited warranty paperwork. My first attempt to use it was this morning. I put the Wheatgrass in the shoot, and turned the handle, not much strength involved, and it immediately started to leak out the gasket where the handle is attached to the body of the device. Frustrated, I had to stop and clean up my precious juice off the floor. I thought, ‘ok, user error” and tightened any loose screws to make sure everything was tight and secure. That’s when I added more grass to see if I could get the pulp to come out the other side but then it all just got wrapped around the auger and turned without getting pressed. I feel this device is poorly designed. I wanted it to work but seems the other negative reviews were correct.

Apparently, there's only one rubber pad even though there are two feet. Also. it doesn't come with any instructions. I know, I know, it's simple enough that it shouldn't need instructions, right? But some pulp was coming out of the juice spout and and some juice came out of the pulp extruder and I'm not sure if it has something to do with the tightness of the "adjustable pulp control" or if it just sucks. Oh, and, one of the bolts arrived slightly bent. And the crank handle squeaks. :/

Great product

This was priced right for a manual juicer. My husband and I both use it and are completely happy with it. The only task was to find something to attach it to and my cutting board worked well with weight on the other end to hold it.
