Yes. The rules for this game follow many of the most common ways to play. But, you can use our cards to play with any house rules you like. For this game Red 3s are good and are worth 100 points if played. Black 3s are bad and you want to discard them like you currently discard red.

Do these cards have jesters and old maids like the original hand and foot?

No. It does have 300+ red cards and 330- black cards. No jokers or old maids.

How to you mark a pile “clean” and “dirty”? With regular cards we mark the pile with a red card for clean a black card for dirty.

Great question! When you close your dirty book you simply put a wild card on the bottom and turn it so it sticks out the side or top. See the video for an example.
