Bought this for my grandson as he was learning to play chess. The pieces are a brilliant size and he loves the game.

Load of rubbish
Absolutely poor quality. The board is so flimsy it snapped when opening it. So my little granddaughter never got to use it.

Missing pieces
Bought for my niece and nephew only to get this to them and 2 chess pieces missing and the box also damaged

Size of pieces, poor value for money
Wanted a child friendly chess set to begin teaching my granddaughters so didnt want to use my good set. Should have returned it but granddaughters had opened it up. Pieces are made of really cheap plastic and very small compared to board size. Poor value for money too, saw a wooden set yesterday for a third less price.
