So the picture is just super blurry - what can I do?

Hi - We are sorry to hear that the VTech VM350 does not work as expected. Try resetting the baby unit by disconnecting the power for approximately 15 seconds. Re-plug the AC power and test the unit again. If this does not help, please contact our support team for assistance. Thank you!

Confused! the vm350 that is sold with 1 camera cannot have an additional camera added? even though the vm350 is also sold with 2 cameras?

When I received my monitor with 2 cameras the instructions said up to 4 total can be use!

The night vision is super blurry. My friend bought the same exact one and hers isn't blurry.?

Hi, no the night vision isn't blurry at all. You can actually see everything clear as day. I liked it so much, I got 2 of them.

Does the parent unit have a mute button, or does the volume turn completely off so you can see the video, but not hear the audio?

Hi - Yes, the parent unit speakerphone of the VTech VM350 can be muted by adjusting the volume. Thank you for your interest!
